Core Classes

The Tk/Kinder core class is a 3-day program that meets Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday from 10am - 1:30am.

Core classes for grades 1-8 meet 2-days a week on Tuesday/Wednesday from 10am - 1:30pm (with an optional enrichment day on Mondays - see below enrichment class offerings)

All levels are able to use our main classroom for independent study hour from 8:45am - 9:45am Monday-Wednesday.

  • This 3 day/week program is intended for students ages 4.5-6. Core classes for Tk/Kinder are held in-person on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am - 1:30pm. We also offer an independent study hour from 8:45am-9:45. This class will cover state requirements for both science and social studies.

    Your student will dive into the natural world with our nature study and expand their love for learning with rich literature and hands-on activities. Subjects include natural science, social studies, character development, devotionals and art & crafts.

  • This 2 day/week program is intended for students in 1st and 2nd grade. Core classes for grades 1-8 are held in-person 2 days a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10am - 1:30pm. We also offer an independent study hour from 8:45am-9:45 MWF. Core classes will cover state requirements for both science and history for grades 1-8.

    Subjects covered in this class include science, and either world or U.S. history and geography.

  • This 2 day/week program is intended for students in 3rd-5th grade. Core classes for grades 1-8 are held in-person 2 days a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10am - 1:30pm.     Subjects covered in this class include science, and either World, U.S., or California history and geography.

  • This 2 day/week program is intended for students in 6th-8th grade. Core classes for grades 1-8 are held in-person 2 days a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10am - 1:30pm.     Subjects covered in this class include science, and Ancient, Medieval or Modern history and geography.

Enrichment Classes

For grades 1-8 we offer a variety of enrichment classes on Mondays between 9:45am and 2pm. Please review our classes below.

Chapel

  • There is nothing more important for the younger generation than imparting to them a rich vision of the gospel. Our Curriculum will teach kids key Bible stories from Genesis to Revelation to help them understand God’s plan to redeem the world through his son, Jesus.

  • Time to dive in deeper! This class is designed to engage your student’s hearts and minds as they learn foundational truths about God, themselves, and the wonderful purpose He created them for. This course is designed to equip your student with the ability to understand complex and competing ideas in our world so they can stand securely in the truth.

Art

  • This Art class is a beginning-intermediate art course that seeks to open children’s minds to what art is, and how to apply art principles and knowledge to enhance their own creativity.

  • This is a intermediate art class geared toward students from 5th to 8th grade. Students will dive deeper into different mediums and art principles to sharpen their skills.

Rotating Enrichment

  • Our rotating enrichment classes meet once a week on Mondays. Subjects and instructors rotate every 5-8 weeks in order to offer a variety of class options.

    Parents will need to sign up their student for each enrichment class separately based on student interest and schedule. Enrichment classes are currently offered for two different age groups - when signing up please review grade requirements as classes may vary.
